APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1

Our initial introduction is done via an informal 30 minute phone call to give prospective families an idea of whether our program will be a good fit for them.

We generally accept AAA, AA and A boys and girls.

We then invite the family to a shadow day to give the family a day in the life experience, followed by an in-person meeting at our facility to see our space, discuss more details, and answer any questions they may have before making a decision.

If the family and PHA agree it's a good fit for the student, we will send the family a welcome letter along with documents to submit and instructions for enrollment. This process usually takes between one and two weeks.
