Our initial introduction is done via a casual 30-minute phone call.

It's a chance for us to learn more about your family and for you to get a feel for whether our program is the right fit.

We are a co-ed program, serving students from 7th through 12th grade

If it feels like a potential fit, we invite the family to spend a Shadow Day with us.

This is an opportunity to experience a real “day in the life” alongside our current student-athletes.

Following the visit, we schedule an in-person meeting at our facility to walk you through the space, dive deeper into program details, and answer any questions before we make a decision.

If both the family and PHA agree it’s a good fit, we’ll send an invitation along with the necessary enrollment documents and step-by-step instructions.

This final part of the process typically takes one to two weeks to complete.
